## General and Specific Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background:
* Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) for positions 1, 2, and 3.
* Minimum High School diploma or vocational equivalent (SMA/SMK) for positions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
* Industry Experience: Previous working experience in a similar role within an FMCG distribution company serves as a distinct advantage.
* Licensing Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license (SIM A) required for role 1.
* Personal vehicle and a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) required for roles 4 and 5.
* Valid commercial driver’s license (SIM B1) required for role 8.
