1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will serve as the operational linchpin, balancing resource availability with daily shipping demands.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate daily inbound and outbound schedules in alignment with operational goals.
* Optimize storage capacity, manpower allocation, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
* Monitor inventory movements, address discrepancies, and track operational metrics.
* Prepare daily performance reports and propose proactive corrective measures.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in any discipline.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a planning role, preferably as a Warehouse Planner.
* Solid grasp of core warehousing principles, logistics functions, and basic business processes.

2. Transport Planner
This role focuses on streamlining outbound logistics, ensuring that all shipments are dispatched efficiently, accurately, and safely.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Generate delivery documents, including Loading Notes combined with route planning.

* Monitor transportation progress via the Transport Management System (TMS) and track Proof of Delivery (POD).

* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate across all majors.
* At least 1 year of practical experience as a Transport Planner within transportation or logistics.
* Passive English proficiency.

3. Administration Staff

4. Equipment Operator

* Execute put-away, picking, replenishment, and transfer activities in adherence to Good Warehouse Practice (GWP).
* Conduct periodic stock takes and Physical Inventory (PI) counts.

* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
* Mandatory possession of a valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) registered with TemanK3.
* High level of honesty, strong numerical skills, and willingness to work in shifts.
5. Picker Checker
This role bridges inventory handling and staging, ensuring that outgoing shipments match customer specifications precisely.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming goods by unloading shipments and verifying physical items against documentation.
* Execute accurate picking from storage racks using RF Scanners, validating SKUs, batch numbers, and quantities.
* Stage products in designated loading bays for truck dispatch.
* Operate Material Handling Equipment safely and maintain equipment checklists.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education.
* At least 1 year of warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
* Capable of operating Pallet Movers; possession of a Class 2 Forklift License (SIO) is a distinct advantage.
* Exceptional attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and flexibility for shift work.
