## Career Opportunity: Production (Gesso) Leader
SFMP is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Production (Gesso) Leader. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring our production lines operate at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production (Gesso) Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Gesso production unit. Your primary duties will include:
* Operational Oversight: Coordinating, supervising, and organizing team tasks to ensure alignment with production schedules, company procedures, and operational standards.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring repair and grading processes to guarantee that all output meets the company’s rigorous quality benchmarks.
* Performance Management: Taking full responsibility for production targets and output quality, while mentoring team members to improve their technical skills and conducting regular performance evaluations.
* Process Supervision: Leading and managing both production and packaging processes to maintain strict adherence to company standards.
* Team Leadership: Enforcing discipline, maintaining workplace order, and fostering a productive team environment.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive work reports and analyzing operational challenges to provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience within the wood and gesso manufacturing industry.
* Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and SMK3 safety standards.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership abilities and exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Jombang, East Java.
