Candidate Requirements

* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Civil Engineering.
* Must be a graduate from the years 2023, 2024, or 2025.

* Demonstrate strong leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
