1. PV Engineer
The PV Engineer plays a pivotal role in the design and technical viability of our solar infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Site Evaluation: Conducting comprehensive site surveys and rigorous assessments to ensure optimal project performance.
* Technical Planning: Assisting Project Managers in developing project schedules, detailed technical drawings, and precise cash flow projections.
* Resource Management: Compiling accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) in strict adherence to international engineering standards.
2. Project Execution Specialist
This role is essential for ensuring that our large-scale solar installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Procurement Support: Coordinating with the procurement department to streamline component purchasing and logistics.
* Documentation & Reporting: Preparing essential project documentation and generating detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
* Quality Assurance: Overseeing on-site project execution and maintaining strict quality control protocols.
* Financial Oversight: Monitoring project budgets and cash flow throughout the lifecycle of the installation.
* Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Planning, leading, and reporting on routine maintenance activities to ensure long-term plant efficiency.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical aptitude and professional drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience within the solar power plant industry is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be familiar with specialized industry software, such as PVSyst, Helioscope, or Homer.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, an adaptive mindset, and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
* Communication: Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
