Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our HR administration. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Payroll Administration: Managing end-to-end payroll processing, including overtime calculations and attendance tracking.
* Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing employee benefit schemes, compensation structures, and mandatory contributions.
* Compliance & Tax: Managing statutory obligations such as BPJS and PPh 21 income tax reporting.
* HR Data Management: Maintaining organized employee records and generating comprehensive HR reports.
* System Utilization: Utilizing HRIS and payroll software to streamline departmental workflows.
Professional Requirements
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate a high level of precision and integrity:
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in Compensation & Benefit, payroll, or general HR administration. (Highly motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with HRIS or payroll management platforms.
* Knowledge Base: A strong grasp of Indonesian labor regulations, tax compliance, and benefit structures.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, sharp problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining strict data confidentiality.
* Industry Advantage: Prior experience within the hospitality or tourism sectors will be viewed as a significant plus.
