## Current Career Opportunity: OCP Assistant (Purchasing Fresh Fruit Bunches / TBS Assistant)
We are currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to strengthen our operational team in East Kalimantan. If you possess a strong background in agricultural supply chain management and supplier relations, this opportunity is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Supplier Relations: Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with smallholders and FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches / TBS) suppliers through routine field visits to sourcing locations.
* Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality inspections and grading of FFB deliveries in strict accordance with established company standards.
* Contract Administration: Prepare and facilitate the issuance of administrative documents pertaining to FFB procurement contracts.
* Production Reconciliation: Verify that incoming FFB volumes align seamlessly with the Daily Production Report (LHP) of each respective mill.
* Pricing and Documentation: Formulate weekly FFB pricing documentation, manage billing and payment administrative processes, and deliver accurate payment reports in a timely manner.
* Data Management: Maintain systematic filing systems and comprehensive documentation for all FFB purchasing activities.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing strategies and relevant market intelligence to optimize procurement approaches.
General Qualifications and Requirements
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 (three) years of proven working experience in Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) procurement collaboration or serving as a Plasma Assistant.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, strong collaborative teamwork, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Placement Location: On-site in East Kalimantan.
