## Engineering Department
Our Engineering team is the backbone of our operational excellence. We are looking for proactive individuals capable of maintaining high-performance production standards.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Education: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in production machine maintenance, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. A solid understanding of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations is highly desirable.
* Certifications: Possession of relevant WWTP certifications is a significant advantage.
* Software Proficiency: Competence in MS Office is mandatory; experience with CMMS is considered a plus.
* Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in a shift-based system and be willing to be stationed at Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
## Production Department
We are looking for hands-on production leaders to manage our workflows and ensure the highest quality of output across our consumer and personal care lines.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a Production Foreman capacity, ideally within the cosmetics, skincare, or household cleaning products industry.
* Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as CPPKRTB, CPKB, and SJH is essential.
* Management Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking abilities, and experience with SAP implementation are preferred.
* Working Conditions: Must be available for shift work and be ready to relocate or commute to Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
## HR-GA (Human Resources & General Affairs)
Our HR-GA department ensures operational harmony and regulatory compliance. We are seeking an experienced professional to handle human capital and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR/GA Supervisor or HR Generalist within the FMCG industry.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in managing waste disposal, pest control, and maintaining positive stakeholder relations.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, payroll administration, and advanced MS Office reporting skills.
* Soft Skills: Must demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
