1. Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a critical role in maintaining our manufacturing standards. You will be responsible for the precise operation and upkeep of our production machinery.
* Educational Background: Minimum SMK or D3 degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with prior experience as a cutting tool operator are preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating CNC Walter Grinding machines, reading technical blueprints, and utilizing precision measuring instruments.
* Operational Responsibilities: Adherence to established SOPs, routine maintenance of assigned machinery, and providing accurate field status reports.
* Requirements: Ability to work in a rotating shift system and availability to be stationed in Cikarang.
2. Sales Engineer
Our Sales Engineer serves as the bridge between our advanced engineering solutions and our clients' needs. This role is essential for driving business growth and maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Educational Background: D3 or S1 degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role is preferred, though fresh graduates with high potential are welcome to apply. Experience in the cutting tool industry is considered a significant advantage.
* Strategic Duties: Proactively identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and performing comprehensive sales evaluations.

* Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills and availability to be stationed in Cikarang.
3. Application Engineer

* Educational Background: D3 degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Prior experience as an application engineer within the cutting tool industry is required.
* Core Competencies: Extensive knowledge of cutting tool applications, advanced capability in reading technical drawings and measuring tools, and mastery of CAD/CAM software.
* Operational Responsibilities: Maintaining equipment health, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards, and reporting technical observations to department leadership.
* Requirements: Readiness to work within a shift-based system and willingness to be based in Cikarang.
