Our operations are based in a sprawling 2,600-square-meter facility in West Jakarta. This expansive workshop allows us to handle both fabrication and repair services under one roof. To ensure our products meet the strictest specifications, we utilize five advanced CNC sealing machines with a capacity of up to 500 mm, powered by state-of-the-art Seal Master – DMH GmbH technology. We are also fully equipped with specialized machinery for all hydraulic repair and manufacturing requirements.

PT Total Prime Engineering is currently expanding our team. We are looking for highly skilled, motivated professionals to join our ranks and contribute to our commitment to engineering excellence.
1. Welder
We are seeking a precise professional to join our welding department.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding processes.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tube and hydraulic rod welding.
* Requirements: Ability to read technical drawings and operate measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
* Bonus: Holding 3G–6G welding certifications is a significant advantage.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
This role is vital to the maintenance and assembly of our high-performance cylinders.
* Education: Minimum SMK, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician in the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Requirements: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and experience utilizing calipers for precision measurements.
3. Sales Support
Our administrative team is looking for a proactive individual to facilitate our sales operations.
* Education: Minimum SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Admin, or general administration.
* Requirements: Highly proficient in MS Office, detail-oriented, and capable of drafting professional quotations. You must possess strong communication skills and a dynamic, agile approach to learning.
4. Inspector
Quality assurance is at the heart of our operations, and our inspectors ensure every component meets our rigorous standards.
* Education: Minimum SMK in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years, ideally within the pneumatic, hydraulic, or seal manufacturing sectors.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in 2D/3D technical drawing, reading blueprints, and using vernier calipers and micrometers.
* Knowledge: A solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is highly preferred.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
We are seeking an organized leader to manage our production workflows.
* Education: Minimum D3 in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity.
* Core Responsibilities: Scheduling and monitoring the production lifecycle—from material procurement to finished goods—and overseeing onsite project execution.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
