# Career Opportunity: Quality Control Operator at Plasticolors

To sustain our rigorous manufacturing standards and support our ongoing growth, we are actively searching for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Quality Control (QC) Operator.
## Core Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Operator, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to manufacturing excellence. Your daily duties will include the following key areas:
* Sample Verification: Rigorously inspect and verify that production sample items match actual finished goods perfectly, ensuring every batch meets our strict corporate quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Formulation: Analyze out-of-specification samples and develop precise corrective formulas to bring non-compliant production runs back up to required standards.
* Compliance Adherence: Strictly execute all daily operational procedures in full alignment with established ISO management systems and protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual who meets the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male applicants between the ages of 21 and 35 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Health Requirement: Must not suffer from any form of color blindness.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in a Quality Control role; candidates with a background in masterbatch manufacturing environments will receive top priority.
* Soft Skills & Attributes: Highly meticulous, agile, resilient, mathematically capable, quick on your feet, and fully prepared to work within a demanding 3-shift rotation schedule.
* Work Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our facility located in Delta Silicon, Cikarang Pusat.
