Role: HR Comben & Payroll Supervisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee data, administering compensation packages, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll services.
* Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
* Minimum of 1–3 years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, or HR Operations.
* Proficiency in handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
* Strong knowledge of PPH 21 tax regulations.
* Hands-on experience with employee attendance systems and HRIS platforms.
* Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel.
* Comprehensive understanding of current Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
