## 1. Palm Oil Certification Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement certification work programs aligned with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting for all internal and external audits.
* Oversee comprehensive inspections related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for audit preparation and represent the company during external evaluations.
* Ensure all operational practices adhere to the latest national and local regulations.
Professional Requirements
* Minimum Diploma-III or Bachelor’s degree in Plantation Management, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Palm Oil Certification Manager, or 5 years as an ISPO Assistant Certification Manager (verified by official employment records).
* Possession of an ISPO Auditor Certificate (Permentan No 11/2015 or No 38/2020) is strongly preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and B3 waste management.
