1. Electrical Foreman & Technician
This role is critical for the integration of electrical systems within the refinery. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervision of Substation Equipment Energization (SEE).
* Conducting rigorous Testing & Commissioning of electrical systems.
* Executing motor solo run tests.
* Performing detailed point-to-point line checks.
2. System Completion Pre-Commissioning Foreman
Focusing on the transition from construction to operation, this position involves:
* Supervising comprehensive system completion, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of essential machinery and equipment.
* Leading the preparation and execution phases of pre-commissioning and final commissioning workflows.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the safety and operational efficiency of the refinery, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or an equivalent technical degree.
* Industry Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects within the Oil & Gas or Power Plant sectors is mandatory.
* Specific Tenure:
* Foreman Roles: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Technician Roles: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
