* Clean Record: Must never have been sentenced to imprisonment or confinement due to a criminal offense.
* Active Status: Not currently undergoing education, bound by a contract with another institution, or serving as a CPNS/PNS.
* Health and Integrity: Female applicants must not be pregnant. You must not have been dishonorably discharged from any civil or military service.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required (2.8 for Electromedical Technicians) from a university with at least a "B" accreditation.
* Documentation: Possession of an active STR (Registration Certificate) is mandatory for clinical roles. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate from the Ministry of Education.

4. Nurse: Requires Ners degree and relevant specialized certifications (BCLS/Basic Cancer/Surgery).
5. Nutritionist: Requires Dietitian profession certification and food safety training (HACCP/ISO 22000).
