Qualification Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* For roles 1 and 2: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agrotechnology, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* For role 3: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, or Plantation Administration.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the applied position. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience managing new development areas (land clearing).
* Deployment: Willingness to be stationed in our South Sumatra development sites (OKI or Banyuasin Regencies).
