1. Investment & Commercial (Tamaris Development Program - TDP)
Drive our financial strategies and support transformative green energy investments.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting.
* Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and interpreting complex financial statements. Prior exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or infrastructure investments is a strong advantage.
2. Risk Management (Tamaris Development Program - TDP)
Safeguard our operations through meticulous data analysis and predictive modeling.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years as a Data Risk Analyst, Quality Analyst, or in a comparable data-driven role.
* Core Competencies: Fluent in Python, R, and advanced Excel. Deep understanding of machine learning, forecasting models (such as ARIMA and LSTM), database management, and risk assessment frameworks.
3. Project, Planning & Control (PPC) Officer
Ensure our renewable energy projects launch smoothly, stay on schedule, and adhere to financial budgets.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years in project planning, project control, or relevant execution roles.
* Core Competencies: Strong command of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project scheduling, and management tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera. Excellent command of English is mandatory.
4. IT Staff
Maintain robust digital infrastructure and integrate emerging technologies into our daily operations.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Informatics.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT infrastructure, system development, or network administration.
* Core Competencies: Knowledge of IoT devices, RMS systems, server management, cybersecurity, and basic AI automation tools to optimize operational workflows.
5. Sungai Buaya Mini Hydro Plant (PLTM) Technician
Provide hands-on mechanical and electrical upkeep at our operational site.

* Professional Experience: At least 2 years in a technical role, ideally within power generation.
* Requirements: Male, aged 20–30 years old, eager to learn, and willing to be stationed at PLTM Sungai Buaya, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra (local residents preferred).
6. Solar PV (PLTS) Technician
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize solar energy installations to maximize green power generation.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years specializing in solar PV maintenance and electrical systems.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in handling inverters, solar panels, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and conducting preventive maintenance.
7. Solar PV (PLTS) Operator
Monitor live plant performance and ensure safety compliance across solar energy assets.
* Educational Background: Vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Basic understanding of solar panels, electrical distribution, on-site health and safety (HSE) procedures, and daily operational reporting. Shift work is required.
8. General Affair (GA) Administrator
Manage site administration and human resources functions smoothly.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) with at least 1 year of experience as an HR/GA Administrator in a plant or project environment.
* Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, highly organized, detail-oriented, and available for a 3-month maternity cover contract stationed at PLTA Batu Gajah, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra.
9. Finance Administrator – Manajur Mini Hydro Plant (PLTM)
Handle day-to-day financial record-keeping and site-level accounting tasks.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate with at least 1 year of finance administration experience in a project or industrial setting.
* Core Competencies: Solid grasp of basic accounting principles, exceptional time-management skills, and proficiency in office software.
10. Silau Mini Hydro Plant (PLTM) Technician
Keep mechanical and electrical systems running efficiently at our Simalungun facility.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in power plants.
* Requirements: Male, aged 20–30 years old, highly responsible, and willing to be stationed at PLTM Silau, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra (local residents preferred).
